1- If it was not actually delivered, I would first contact JACQ'S Skincare team to see where the package could have gotten lost.
2- If I no longer want to work with the brand, I would respectfully let the team know in advance via email the situation regarding the collaboration.
3- If I love the product and I am interested in creating more content, I would send them an email letting them know that I want to maintain the collaboration and that I would love to be part of the team!
