Playboy Magazine covered one of our events, sending a reporter and a photographer. To bring the article to fruition I worked with the reporter to garner positive media coverage.

What experience do you have creating social media content?
I have been creating viral and professional social media content since High School. I have experience with Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, ChatGPT, and Claude AI. I am also a freelance photographer. In addition, I am a Communication major with 1 year of professional intern experience at a PR firm in Washington, D.C. In that capacity I created content, planned social content calendars and helped draft digital comm strategies for Fortune 100 companies. I also run a viral instagram account at Cornell with over 1 million monthly views. That account, Big Red Moon Club is the largest queer centered Instagram account or org at Cornell. Individual content for that has reached over 200,000 digital impressions for a singular post. I am also experienced with translating social media content to in-person attendance, events and community activation. We have held multiple viral events that have reached hundreds of thousands digital impressions each and hundreds of in-person attendees. Digital content for those events came in the form of promotional advertisements I made and posted using Photoshop, Canva, Edit and Capcut.

How would you engage students to try Wet Hydration?
My organization, Big Red Moon Club, is a queer community account (more than 1 million monthly distinct views) that hosts viral in-person events (Performative Male Contests, Look-a-like contests, dating shows). These events garner around 300 in-person attendees and hundreds of thousands digital impressions. We would promote the drink at these events, hand out samples, and advertise there. We have an upcoming event called Queer Wrestling with two other big orgs. Since this is a sport org we would hand out the drinks to all our contestants and the crowd and loop in promo there. We would also promote on Instagram, set up stands in popular areas and create reels around hydration. We would also work with local microinfluencers for these reels.
