How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
I believe Gen Z individuals want to work in a more efficient but freelance way. The fact that technology is becoming more and more prominent in today's society means that Gen Z is finding quicker ways of achieving the same goals. I think monetary value is increasing, but Gen Z's desire to work tirelessly is not.
