Have you ever created a Beauty Tutorial on Tiktok? If so, please share the link.
I haven't made a beauty tutorial on TikTok before. But I know how hard it is to find good hair products for curly/wavy hair. Especially as a South Indian woman for so long I have been unaware why my hair would remain frizzy or unkept, so I would love to help test out products for you!

Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.
The first avenue I would utilize would be TikTok and IG itself. By using trending sounds, and trends, I will be able to find niche creators who have recently blown up or have passion in lifestyle, beauty and fashion
The second avenue I would utilize is following up on other companies and their release schedules. For example if a makeup palette that was highly expected were to come out, I could track the creators who would post about it and find smaller passionate creators that follow these schedules.
Finally I would use questionnaires from several people in our targeted age range to discover what kind of entertainment categories are highly watched in a certain areas and which creators appeal to the majority. This can be used to scope out why certain creators are successful, which is something we can use to improve existing creators who are partnered with us.
