What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
They don't start with a solid plan. Without a plan with goals what is the point of tracking KPIs. They also are not using social listening to the best of your abilities. With these two practices in place plus consistent posting there is no goal you can't achieve.
