Absolutely, I'm a natural. It's very similar to interviewing for a position and memorizing answers in advance but being asked something weird and having to adapt while sounding professional, natural, and being yourself all at the same time.

How do you ensure your reviews are honest and constructive?
I always just try to focus on the positive, because nothing is ever truly that bad. I think it's important to acknowledge flaws privately (messaging the seller or etc.) while addressing the pros publicly.
