I have served as a social media manager for horofashion and horoglobe. Though I was quite young but I was quick to learn and started to help growing the page. I would come up with new ideas to engage audience. Soon I was delegated to dealing with the customers which was a new yet exciting experience! I made sure to provides my best of customer service and build a positive brand image.
