By highlighting relatable scenarios—like waiting weeks for a refund that never arrives or struggling to track multiple returns—Refundly can instantly connect with its audience.Through customer stories, infographics about the scale of the problem (like $25 million lost daily), and educational posts on how Refundly makes this process seamless and secure, the campaign could resonate with busy shoppers who value convenience and security. This approach would not only emphasize the app’s practical benefits but also position Refundly as an empowering tool for smarter shopping.
