What is the best video setting on an iPhone to film videos?
1. Best Overall Settings (Balance of Quality + Storage)
Go to: Settings > Camera > Record Video
Resolution: 4K at 30 fps
HDR Video: ON (Dolby Vision, if supported)
Audio: Stereo Recording ON
Format: High Efficiency (HEVC)
(Settings > Camera > Formats > High Efficiency)
This saves storage without much loss in quality.
