I don’t have any formal community management experience yet, but I’ve been active in online spaces and understand how people interact. I’ve managed small groups with friends and have been part of different communities where I observed what keeps people engaged.

I usually try to start conversations, respond to others, and keep things active so no one feels ignored. I’ve also noticed that simple things like asking questions, sharing relatable content, and being consistent can make a big difference in engagement.

I’m a quick learner and comfortable with platforms like Instagram and Discord, so I’m confident I can manage and grow a community effectively with some hands-on experience.

I would focus on building a community where people feel comfortable sharing their travel experiences and ideas. First, I’d bring in travel enthusiasts from platforms like Instagram and facebook by engaging with their content and inviting them to join.

Once they join, I’d keep the community active by starting simple conversations like asking about their favorite destinations, travel tips, or future plans. I’d also create small activities like polls, Q&A, and weekly discussions to keep things interesting.

I think consistency is important, so I’d stay active daily, reply to messages, and make sure everyone feels heard. Highlighting user stories or experiences can also motivate others to participate more.

Over time, this would help build a strong and engaging community where people actually enjoy being active.

I started focusing more on short-form content like reels because I noticed people engage more with quick and interesting videos. I took longer videos and cut them into small clips with catchy hooks in the beginning so people don’t scroll away.

I also stayed consistent with posting almost daily and tried different types of content to see what works better. I paid attention to when the audience is most active and posted around that time.

To increase engagement, I added simple captions and asked questions in posts so people would comment or share their opinions.

Because of this, I saw better reach and more likes, comments, and shares compared to before.
