Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you managed in the past?
I haven't managed a formal campaign yet, but I’ve taken the lead on a few personal projects that have allowed me to practice creating engaging content and growing an online presence. For example, I ran a small Instagram account where I shared my thoughts on current trends, pop culture, and everyday life. I used a mix of memes, personal stories, and polls to keep my followers involved and engaged. While it wasn’t a huge account, it helped me learn a lot about posting consistently, responding to followers, and tracking what type of content gets the best reactions. In addition to that, I’ve helped organize and promote events for my high school (like spirit week, talent shows, or club fundraisers) by creating promotional posts on my personal Instagram and TikTok. I’d create fun content—like short videos, challenges, or behind-the-scenes glimpses—that encouraged other students to participate and share their experiences as well. These smaller-scale experiences have taught me a lot about building an audience, creating shareable content, and understanding what type of posts resonate with people. I’m excited to apply these skills and get even more creative with a brand like Kamoti!

I stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes by being an active user myself. As a Gen Z, I’m always on platforms like TikTok and Instagram where I keep an eye on what’s going viral and what’s resonating with the audience. I follow influencers, creators, and trends closely, and I know how to speak the language that gets people’s attention and keeps them engaged. Since I’m part of the audience Kamoti wants to reach, I know exactly what kind of content grabs their attention and makes them hit that like or share button. I would use these trends and cultural references to craft relatable, fun, and shareable content that speaks to the target audience, ensuring the brand stays relevant and top-of-mind. By understanding the algorithms and staying on top of trends, I can tailor content that not only boosts engagement but also drives brand loyalty and attracts new followers. Engaging with the audience in a way that feels authentic and speaks directly to them is key, and I’m confident I can create that connection for Kamoti.

Oh, 100%! I’m all about meeting and talking to everyone—no matter who they are, where they’re from, or what their background is. I believe every person has their own unique story and perspective, and I love learning about it. I never judge because I always try to put myself in the other person’s shoes. Whether it’s hearing someone’s personal journey or just chatting about random stuff, I approach every conversation with an open mind and heart. For me, it’s all about connecting and understanding, no matter the age, race, or gender. I think everyone has something valuable to share, and I’m always ready to listen and learn. After all, life’s more interesting when you embrace diversity and really get to know people for who they are, not what’s on the surface!
