Interview Questions
Partake
Short-Form Video & Photo Content Creator

Are you able to contribute 5-10 hours a week continually to video creation and editing?
Yes, absolutely. I already dedicate that time to my own accounts, so I can easily shift it to Partake. I'm organized about it I batch, create content, edit efficiently, and plan weekly schedules. Right now I'm a final year student but my schedule is flexible enough to handle this consistently, and honestly this kind of work aligns with what I want to be doing anyway, so it's not a stretch.

How do you stay current with social media trends?
I'm on both platforms daily, not just posting but scrolling and learning. I bookmark trending sounds, I follow what's working in the creator and brand space, and I notice patterns in what resonates. I also track analytics. For example, what hooks work, what audio drives engagement, which formats get saved versus just liked. Plus I'm a student in data science, so I naturally look at trends as patterns I can test and measure instead of just following blindly. For Partake, I'd stay on top of what's working in the food and lifestyle space specifically, test it, and report back weekly on what's driving results for your brand.

What is your experience with creating content for Instagram and TikTok?
I run my own football content accounts on Instagram and TikTok (@untiligetmessi), so I create short-form video regularly and I'm constantly testing what holds attention. I understand platform differences. Instagram is more polished, TikTok rewards raw and authentic. I edit in CapCut and Canva, I track retention and engagement metrics weekly, and I know what makes people stop scrolling and actually watch or share. I've built followers by posting consistently, analyzing what works, and iterating fast. For Partake specifically, I'd bring that same data-driven approach to your content, but with a focus on making your product the hero of the story instead of the creator.
