Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
During my internship with a content creation company called bump, I managed communication with a group of brand partners who were responsible for submitting social content on a tight timeline. A few creators were late with their deliverables, and instead of sending a blanket reminder, I reached out individually. I acknowledged their busy schedules, clarified the campaign expectations, and provided simple step-by-step guidance to make submitting easier. By adjusting my approach and offering support rather than pressure, I was able to get all the content turned in on time and on-brand. The experience taught me how important it is to balance empathy with accountability when managing creator relationships.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
When managing multiple clients, I prioritize tasks by first understanding each client’s deadlines, goals, and urgency levels. I usually create a spreadsheet or task tracker to map out all responsibilities, including due dates and priority levels. This helps me see the big picture and plan my workflow efficiently. I also reassess priorities daily, so if something urgent comes up, I can adjust without compromising other clients’ needs. This system keeps me organized and ensures that I consistently meet deadlines while maintaining quality for every client.
