Have you worked at public events or promotions before?

Yes, I have a strong background in both physical event logistics and digital growth. Regarding event logistics I coordinated the Lawrenceville Wellness Day, where I managed booth layouts, vendor recruitment, and on-site setup for organizations like the Lawrenceville Police Department. Regarding digital promotions I worked with the nonprofit PEACE Gwinnett, and helped grow their social media account. I used Canva to design all creative assets and managed a distribution plan that focused on high-quality community growth, successfully building a dedicated following from scratch while maintaining a reach of over 30,000 views on our top-performing content. I was also results oriented where I also managed the logistics for an annual winter clothing drive, securing pick-up locations and successfully distributing items to local schools. I’m confident I can combine these skills to drive both foot traffic and digital engagement for Toast.

How would you engage a crowd to promote a new product?

To engage a crowd for Toast, I focus on Experiential Marketing—moving beyond traditional ads to create a "moment." The way I would do that is to establish a high-traffic pop-up on campus featuring a "Wellness Station." We’d use balloons and banners to create a high-visibility, "Instagrammable" backdrop. Regarding the engagement I will lead with sampling. While people try the 100% natural gummies, I’ll gather direct feedback and film short-form content for social media. For the people who are in a hurry, I’d provide "Gummy Gram" go-bags with a QR code. My goal is to create the same kind of digital traction I’ve achieved before—specifically targeting high reach (like the 30k+ views I've generated in previous campaigns) to ensure the campus stays talking about Toast long after the booth is gone.
