Option 2: "Flip it"

(Showing buying old furniture on FB marketplace, then cleaning it, and reposting it for triple)
"Take a portion of profits, and invest it in the S&P 500 or a researched company" or buy another used furniture on FB marketplace"
End: Holding cash
