Interview Questions
W Labs
Influencer & Community Marketing Intern

What influencers should W Labs work with in 2025?
For 2025, I think W Labs should partner with influencers who feel authentic and connect with everyday people. Mid-tier TikTok and Instagram creators in fitness, lifestyle, and daily routines are getting the best engagement right now. Big names like Maxx Chewning, Alix Earle, or Emma Chamberlain would give strong reach, but I also think working with micro-influencers on campuses and in local communities is just as important. That mix of big voices and relatable creators is what builds trust and gets people actually talking about the brand.

Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?
Yes, I have hands on experience in social media and community marketing. I’ve built and managed Instagram campaigns for my student-run business, Clearview Crew, where I created content, engaged with local customers, and used targeted hashtags to grow brand visibility. I also launched a fraternity discount card program, partnering with over 35 local businesses, and promoted it through social channels to drive sales and student engagement. I have connections to influencers who would be a perfect fit, and know how to manage influencer campaigns. My cousin serves as the Influencer Marketer for the PGA, who is a close connection for more coaching!

Describe your experience working in customer service?
I’ve had plenty of experience in customer service through both work and leadership roles. I started as a Village Inn supervisor at 17, later became a lead server at Sunny Sushi, and now run my own student-powered business, Clearview Crew, where I work directly with clients every week. In every role, I’ve focused on making sure people feel valued, heard, and taken care of. I know how to communicate clearly, solve problems on the spot, and keep a positive, professional attitude even when things get busy.
