I do my best work when communication is clear and we have a shared vision for the content. Consistent feedback also helps - I like knowing what's working and what could be improved so I can keep leveling up with each project. Relationships matter to me. I treat long-term collaborations like a partnership where both sides win - the brand gets authentic results, and I get to grow creatively. My preference is to focus on one brand and help it grow!

I'm newer to creating UGC, but I've studies high-performing videos in my niche and practiced recreating them. I've learned that the most successful ones share three key elements: a strong scroll-stopping hook, authentic delivery, and clear value - whether it's a tip, reaction, or transformation. When I create, I focus on applying those same principles so the content feels authentic and engaging.
