which beauty brands are killing it and why?
Gisou, their recent lip oil launch at Sephora was a very successful one. I thought it was very smart of them to set up a pop up truck at the Grove and allow people to decorate their lip oils for free. It was great publicity!

what beauty brands do you love on social and why?
Rare Beauty -- they stick to their core values and show that by sending PR to both small and big influencers. They also have a great PR team as well (I've met them :)).
NARS Cosmetics -- they challenge individuals to defy traditional beauty standards!
