If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
First, I would take a moment to acknowledge and understand the customer’s concerns. Then I would assure the customer that their feedback is taken seriously and follow that up with an apology for any inconvenience caused. Next, I would propose to address the issue privately via dms or email. After which, I would offer a solution to their issue and finally, follow up later with the customer to ensure their concerns have been resolved and that they are satisfied.
