Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.

As unremarkable as this answer may be, coding has taught me a lot about paying extreme attention to details. At the start of my coding journey I would wonder why something would run and then awhile later realized it was because I spelled 'if' as 'ig' or something like that. Now I have grown to take my time while still being efficient and making sure even the smallest of details are accounted for.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?

As someone who has had to lead many groups in different tasks, this is a big aspect of working together. If one person is behind, to some extent the whole group id behind. The best way to help and hold people accountable for their timeliness is communication. This doesn't mean constantly bombarding them throughout the week to see if they're close to being done however. This means to ask them how their progress is looking, listening, and asking what it takes to assure they can fulfill their task. Usually this allows them to convey any worries or stresses they may have about the task and it can allow you to reassure them of the expectations for the task.

What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?

I think quality is an important factor. Even if the product isn't something I use everyday, the days I do go to use it, I want it to work well.
