While I have not worked directly in a beauty company, my experience in product development, community leadership, and innovation strongly aligns with the principles of research and development in beauty. Through my fintech & e-commerce startups (UrbanPay and Manifirst), I’ve led product design, user research, and market testing—skills essential to developing customer-centered beauty solutions. My church callings and community service have taught me empathy, organization, and the ability to understand diverse needs—important when creating inclusive products. Also, my background in UI/UX design, AI, and full-stack development has equipped me to design digital experiences that enhance personalization and engagement, similar to how modern beauty brands leverage technology to redefine user interaction, accessibility, and brand innovation.
