How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple client accounts?

I prioritize by deadline urgency, client impact, and project stage. Anything client-facing or time-sensitive always moves to the top. I use a combination of CRM tracking, daily task lists, and milestone check-ins to stay ahead of deliverables across multiple accounts. With 7+ years managing concurrent projects, I've learned that proactive communication and clear internal coordination prevent most bottlenecks before they happen.
