What experience do you have using salesforce?
I haven’t had direct hands-on experience with Salesforce yet, but I’m familiar with CRM platforms and understand its importance for managing customer relationships, tracking leads, and driving sales processes. In my past roles, I’ve used Google Sheets and Excel to track outreach, monitor follow-ups, and manage data, which developed my attention to detail and organizational skills—both critical when working with CRMs like Salesforce.Additionally, I’m tech-savvy and a fast learner, especially when it comes to adopting new platforms. I’m confident that my data management, outreach tracking, and customer engagement experience will allow me to quickly get up to speed with Salesforce or any other CRM tool.

What experience do you have with data entry?
I have experience with data entry and data organization tasks across several academic and professional settings. In my work, I’ve frequently gathered, input, and organized information into spreadsheets and documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility for team members. For example, I’ve managed tracking outreach efforts using Google Sheets—logging contact information, response rates, and follow-up status for external partners during community engagement projects.Additionally, I’m detail-oriented when handling large datasets and comfortable using platforms like Google Sheets, Excel, and Airtable to input, validate, and analyze information. While data entry has often been part of a broader role, these experiences have helped me develop accuracy, attention to detail, and data organization skills, which I believe are critical in product management for tracking user feedback, feature requests, and product performance data.

Explain your Experience working on a sales team and what sales platforms you have experience with?
While I haven’t worked on a formal sales team, many of my experiences involve skills that align closely with sales and business development. For instance, in my outreach and community engagement roles, like my upcoming work with Kode With Klossy’s Street Team, I’ll be responsible for driving program sign-ups, crafting outreach emails, and building relationships with schools and students—all of which require persuasive communication, lead generation, and follow-ups, which are key sales skills.Additionally, I’ve had experience in team-based environments where I needed to present ideas, align stakeholders, and advocate for initiatives, which developed my ability to communicate value and influence decisions. I’m confident these skills will translate well into a sales context or a product management role focused on user acquisition and stakeholder buy-in.While I haven’t worked with formal sales platforms like Salesforce yet, I’m proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) as well as Microsoft Workspace, and comfortable adapting to CRMs or sales tools quickly
