As a founding member of Iota Psi Omega, I helped organize and manage early planning data, including interest form responses, outreach progress, and meeting schedules, using detailed spreadsheets. These tools allowed our team to stay aligned, target outreach more effectively, and build a structured foundation as we prepare to officially launch the fraternity.

I’ve developed customer service skills by working concession stands, managing cash transactions, serving guests quickly during high-volume events, and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude. As a founding member of a new start-up business fraternity, Iota Psi Omega, at UCLA, I’ve taken on executive responsibilities such as organizing interest meetings, managing communications, scheduling events, and helping build the fraternity’s foundation from the ground up.
