Tell us about a time you took initiative beyond your typical responsibilities to drive results. What motivated you, and what was the outcome? -- Are you 21 years or older?
When working at my front desk job for my college, I found myself quickly finishing tasks. When my supervisor wasn't busy with tasks, I asked for additional tasks to ease their workload. I am 21 years old.

How would you approach developing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for a unique product like New Brew's non-alcoholic beverages?
I would target young adults, specifically college students as heavy drinking is a big problem during this time. Providing a healthier (and tastier) alternative to alcohol is extremely important for a developing brain.
