How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I will hold members accountable for completing tasks on time by setting up daily accountability meetings. The purpose of these meetings would be to see how each individual is progressing and identify any areas they may be struggling in and come up with a solution. In addition, I would create a shared spreadsheet for each individual to mark their progress on daily.
