how do you balance being proactive with being reactive? Can you give an example of a time when you maintained your focus on planning and execution, even when things were moving quickly around you?
One challenge I faced was when key supplies for an event didn’t arrive on time. I quickly shifted focus to find alternatives, contacting local vendors and rearranging the event timeline. Being proactive helped me stick to the bigger plan, while staying flexible enough to adapt and keep everything on track.

How do you approach organizing and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms? What tools or strategies do you use to stay organized and ensure everything is on track?
I would start by creating a clear monthly content plan that aligns with key goals and dates. To stay organized, I would use tools like Trello to map out content ideas and assign deadlines. For scheduling and publishing, I would use platforms like Meta Business Suite.

Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple projects or deadlines at once? How did you prioritize and ensure that everything was completed on time?
In my previous role, I managed several projects at once, including planning the company’s Christmas event, launching marketing initiatives for our new in-house restaurant, and organizing a fundraising event. To stay on top of everything, I created detailed timelines with clear deadlines and broke down each project into actionable steps. I prioritized tasks based on urgency and impact and had regular check-ins with all stakeholders. This structure helped me deliver all projects on time while keeping communication smooth and efficient.
