Yes! I am a 15 minute drive away from some of San Diego's best beaches. My friend also has a sailboat we take out on the bay often which would be great for making content.

It needs to look good, clean and crisp for sure, but mostly something that is a little unique or out of the regular. People get tired/bored of the same old things, there needs to be some sort of "wow" factor to content.
