How do you create FOMO and social proof?
By creating activities that can be shared publicly like a spot to take a photo or a trend to post online users can create of community and the FOMO of not joining in. in hand with this the social proof of othering wanting to join is shows how other could be missing out.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would reach-out to the customer to try and build an understanding to why they had a negative experience with the brand and try and find a way to resolve it.
