I am involved in a couple of organizations at Texas A&M. I am part of a well known womens organization called LEIAS we have lots of social events and mixers with other womens organizations/sororities or frats. I also am part of the economics club as well as Big event committee, which is the biggest organization on campus!

My strategy for overseeing several creative relationships is based on consistency, organization, and clear communication. To make sure nothing is overlooked, I use an organized system like a content calendar or tracking sheet to keep track of each creator's content deadlines, deliverables, and campaign objectives. Additionally, I place a high value on professional and prompt communication, ensuring that creators have clear parameters for every collaboration and feel encouraged. In order to establish solid, genuine partnerships while maintaining expectations in accordance with the brand's objectives and deadlines, I also modify my communication style significantly for each author.
