A time when my feedback influenced a service is when the boutique fitness studio that I was working at wasn’t bringing in as many new clients as they hoped for, so I reached out to a sorority member at a university nearby and asked if they wanted to coordinate a private workout class for their sorority. It ended up happening and being successful!
