How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I am an extremely organised individual so I would create a shared calendar that all team members would have, showcasing important due dates pertaining to each member. I would also make sure to schedule weekly group zoom meetings and individual zoom meetings for different projects/tasks to make sure everyone is on the same page and working in a timely fashion towards the team's goals.
