Yes, I’ve worked as a sales associate for multiple businesses in person, which really helped me understand how to connect with different types of customers and highlight a product’s value.
I’ve also used that mindset in my videos, I’ll leave engaging comments or product tips in the captions or replies that make people want to try it for themselves.
One big takeaway is that people don’t just want to be sold something, they want to feel like it was made for them or solves a real need. That’s always something I try to communicate when I create.
