What social media platform do you believe is best for Pinch's audience and why?

I believe both Instagram and TikTok are essential for Pinch, but they serve different purposes.

Instagram is perfect for maintaining Pinch’s elevated, luxury aesthetic. It’s ideal for showcasing the brand experience, before and after results, educational content, testimonials, and polished influencer collaborations.

Instagram is also incredibly strong for building trust, nurturing long-term brand loyalty, and converting audiences who are already in a buying mindset.

TikTok, on the other hand, is amazing for discovery and education. It allows Pinch to reach new audiences through relatable, informative, and behind-the-scenes content, especially around treatments, benefits, and real-life routines.

TikTok excels at storytelling and virality, which helps normalize treatments and drive curiosity that later converts on Instagram or the website.

Together, both platforms create a full funnel: TikTok for awareness and education, and Instagram for credibility, conversion, and community.

And I just want to add, your Instagram feed is looking gorgeous!!!. Not only is it visually elevated, but you’re also sharing genuinely valuable information in a way that feels approachable and empowering, which perfectly reflects the Pinch experience.

How would you find influencers to work with pinch?

I’d start by deeply understanding Pinch’s brand standard, luxury, convenience, trust, and clinical credibility with a five-star feel.

From there, I’d focus on sourcing influencers who already embody that lifestyle rather than trying to force a fit.

I’d primarily look for local creators within Pinch markets who create content around wellness, beauty, self-care, lifestyle, and busy professional routines.

Engagement quality matters more to me than follower count, especially for a brand built on trust and personal experience.

I pay close attention to how creators communicate with their audience, how they talk about treatments or services, and whether their content feels elevated, calm, and authentic.

I’d source influencers through Instagram and TikTok research, location tags, community engagement, and organic discovery, then reach out via personalized DMs or email.

I’m very hands-on with relationship management and would oversee everything from outreach and booking to appointments, content approvals, and follow-ups, making sure each creator feels genuinely cared for, just like a Pinch client.

My approach to onboarding is all about making the process smooth, clear, and human.

I’ve done influencer outreach both organically through DMs and through more structured systems, depending on the campaign’s needs.

For organic outreach, I personalize every message so creators feel genuinely selected, not mass contacted.

I keep communication clear, friendly, and concise, while still making space for questions and conversation.

I’ve also created and managed influencer programs from scratch, including designing Google Forms for applications, organizing submissions, creating welcome packets for directions and creative brief, and handling follow-ups via email.

I make sure creators understand next steps, timelines, and expectations early on, which helps avoid confusion and keeps everything moving efficiently.

I’m very detail oriented with follow ups and communication, and I always aim to make creators feel supported and excited to be part of the campaign, not overwhelmed by the process.
