Please share one feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market.

It would be extremely helpful if a resume builder included a tool to assess the value of each experience. Many college students have leadership, volunteer and internship experience stretching back through their high school years. It is often difficult to know when to remove some experiences, because they are no longer of value to the employer. Implementing a feature that rates the value of each experience would help students only have the most valuable information available to employers

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

To me, wellness means integrating techniques into your lifestyle that enable you to feel your best. Prioritizing my wellbeing is so important to me because it allows me to live the life I want to live, and feel happy while doing so. I bring wellness into my life by being very thoughtful about the food I consume, and be creative in the kitchen to provide myself with meals and sweets that leave me satisfied and feeling my best. I also focus on personal hygiene, and feel good when I regularly wash and treat my skin, hair and body with care. Furthermore, a big part of overall wellness is focusing on mental health. I believe that everyone has different forms of self-care when it comes to mental health, and it is important. for each and every one of us to recognize and incorporate these practices into our daily lives. For me, I find time to workout and read, to allow my brain to take a break from the challenges of everyday life.
