what student housing (on or off campus) would you deliver mailers to first, and why?
The first student housing I would deliver mailers to is the Campus North Residential Commons. Having lived there for two years, I know it’s one of the busiest and most central residences on campus, housing the largest number of students across all grade levels, from first-years to fourth-years. Beyond just being a dorm, it’s also a hub of activity with study rooms, dining areas, and shared spaces that attract students throughout the day. This combination of heavy foot traffic and diverse residents makes it the most strategic and impactful location to reach a broad range of students.
