How would you create deeper community in the running community?
To create deeper community in the running community, I’d focus on making Fazit feel like part of their lifestyle rather than just a beauty brand. Runners are already driven by goals, progress, and connection, so tapping into that naturally builds loyalty. Fazit could host small local runs or “Glow Runs” where people meet up early in the morning or at sunset, get ready together with Fazit products, and then run as a group. The focus would be on feeling confident and strong, not just performance.Online, Fazit could highlight real runners through social takeovers and short-form videos where they talk about what running means to them, how they stay confident, and how they celebrate small wins. A monthly feature like “Fazit Finishers” could spotlight members of the community who hit personal milestones.Creating a private group or chat space for Fazit runners would help build ongoing connection where people share playlists, tips, and post-run selfies. Partnering with existing running clubs, local studios, or races would make it easy to show up authentically in their world while keeping it casual and inclusive. The goal would be to make Fazit a brand that celebrates confidence before, during, and after the run, helping runners feel seen both for their effort and their energy.

How would you activate for a music festival in a scrappy way to garner the most social engagement and ROI?
I’d activate for a music festival in a scrappy but high-impact way by focusing on content, creators, and visibility instead of big production costs. Fazit could bring a small group of mid-size creators who have high engagement and match the brand’s energy. Cover their tickets, give them Fazit festival kits, and have them post GRWMs, car ride get-ready moments, and day-to-night transformations featuring Fazit products. To increase on-site buzz, set up a small pop-up Glow Spot outside the festival or at a shared brand house. It does not need to be huge, just visually aesthetic and easy to build with things like glitter touch-ups, hair tinsel, and mirrors with the Fazit logo for selfies. Alongside that, Fazit could launch a TikTok challenge around festival glow-ups, encouraging fans to post their before and after using Fazit for a chance to be featured. Partnering with a drink or snack brand already at the festival could help share costs and expand reach. The key is to prioritize social storytelling and authentic behind-the-scenes moments over polished production. This approach keeps costs low but maximizes engagement and ROI through genuine, shareable content.

Who should Fazit collab with next?
Fazit should do a Coachella booth or bring a group of creators to a festival instead. Having a Glow Bar at Coachella would get a ton of attention, but taking creators to the festival could be just as strong. They could post GRWMs, vlog the weekend, and show off Fazit products in real time. Either option fits the brand’s bold and confident vibe while tapping into pop culture and community.
