Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
As a program supervisor at Camp Young Judaea Texas, part of my role was to develop and facilitate feedback sessions for current and former program participants in order to iteratively shape the trajectory of the program, and present the findings to my supervisor and camp leads in order to create action not only in the present day but for years to come.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
Following a logical approach of developing key metrics of success and desired measurements, then developing a format for feedback that will best capture and allow for analysis of those metrics, then outreaching and organizing with students to best meet their needs is my approach.
