Social Media Assistant

What is your experience with scheduling and posting social media campaigns?

I don’t have formal agency experience, but I’ve helped manage and support content for my business fraternity’s Instagram. This included helping plan posts around events, writing captions, and making sure content was posted consistently during key times like recruitment and events. I also paid attention to engagement and learned what types of posts perform better with our audience.

How do you handle client feedback on social media content?

I treat client feedback on social media content as a normal and important part of the creative process. First, I make sure I fully understand what they’re asking for, whether it’s tone, visuals, messaging, or brand alignment, by asking clarifying questions if needed. Then I separate feedback into what needs to be changed vs. what can be improved, and I revise the content quickly while staying consistent with the overall brand direction. If feedback conflicts with what I think works creatively, I explain my reasoning respectfully and try to find a middle ground that still meets the client’s goals. Overall, I see feedback as a way to refine the work and make sure the final content connects better with the audience and represents the brand accurately.

Tell us about your experience in sales, and why you want to work for our brand to help us grow!

I have experience in sales from working at American Eagle, where I regularly helped customers find outfits, recommended products based on their style and needs, and supported the team in meeting store sales goals. I learned how to read customer preferences, suggest complete looks instead of single items, and create a positive shopping experience that builds trust and encourages repeat customers. I want to work for your brand because I’m interested in fashion, branding, and helping products feel more personal and meaningful to customers. I’m especially drawn to brands that focus on strong visuals and identity, and I’d love to contribute by connecting people with merch they actually feel excited to wear while helping the brand grow through strong customer engagement and sales.
