You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If I don't like the product I would proceed to give a review on why the product didn't work for me. I would get in contact with the company so we could discuss on how to handle the situation appropriately. If there were to be any safety issues with the product I would send an email notifying the issue.
