Three brands whose social content I really enjoy and feel aligned with my style are Celsius, Lululemon, and Rhode. I like how Celsius feels energetic and motivating without being overproduced. I also love the brand and use it everyday. Lululemon does a great job blending fitness with lifestyle and community, and Rhode keeps their content clean, aesthetic, and authentic, which really matches my personal style. I also wear lululemon very frequently and rhode as well.

Content feels authentic to me when the creator is genuinely passionate about what they’re talking about and not just posting for money or views. You can tell when someone truly believes in the product or message they’re sharing. It comes across as more honest, and relatable.

How would you plan a wellness event?

I would plan a wellness event by starting with a clear goal and audience. I think either the general student body or a specific group like my sorority. I would choose activities I know students on campus would genuinely enjoy, such as a group workout, wellness themed giveaways and goodie bags, healthy snacks, or other interactive activities. I’d leverage social media platforms, group chats, flyers, and word-of-mouth, especially within my sorority, because I know how excited and engaged they get around wellness events. I’d also focus on creating a welcoming, fun environment so it feels social and approachable rather than intimidating, which helps drive strong turnout and participation.
