You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?

In the event that I do not like this product, I would contact the team through the same method they contacted me, or through contacts listed on their site. The key is starting the message off with the fact that I am a product tester. Some steps I would take is mentioning WHY I don’t like this product; the team could potentially use these reasons as a way to improve the product. I believe that not liking the product is a part of the testing experience; it’s not a reason to back away from a company, but the reason to stay with a company in order to make the product better.
