Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

From the start, I would set clear expectations through a welcome email, or an onboarding guide. This would include our campaign goals, timelines, brand voice/values, and content guidelines. I would also gather all of their key information up front (shipping address, content preferences, payment details). Then, to make communication simpler, I would use templates for important work such as contracts, briefs, and other forms. I would also want to make the onboarding process feel exciting and collaborative, to keep it from feeling strictly transactional. This would mean to encourage questions and align creative direction .
