Can you share your experience in engaging with consumers in a retail environment?
Yes! I’ve engaged with customers both at a pharmacy and in a restaurant. In the pharmacy, I’ve learned to be patient, clear, and helpful, especially when explaining products or answering questions. At the restaurant, I focus on being friendly and attentive, making sure each customer feels heard and taken care of. Both roles have taught me how to connect with people, adapt to their needs, and make their experience a positive one.

I’d start by sharing my own experience with CoAqua, how refreshing and clean it tastes. I’d highlight what makes it stand out, like the sleek packaging and quality. I’d promote it on social media like TikTok through casual, authentic content, and in person at college events, especially through Greek life, clubs I’m involved in, and chapter meetings.
