What techniques would you use to ensure customers are engaged with our products?
I am a sweetheart of a fraternity at James Madison University so I would go to that frat (and others) to hand out samples of the product while getting feedback from everyone who tries it. I would also take lots of videos of people holding and drinking the products to use for social media videos.
