Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
During my time in retail, an older customer was frustrated with the quality of product being sold. Instead of offering discounts right off the bat, I guided them towards a substitute that was better suited for them and their budget. While doing so, I also empathized with them on why certain products may appear a certain way, and reassured them that they can still get a quality product, which then drove sales up and lead to a positive customer experience.
