A sample hook you’d create for Mowe

“I hate wearing makeup to Pilates because it feels heavy and gross—but I also don’t love looking tired… this is the first thing I’ve tried that actually gives me a glow and still feels like I’m wearing nothing.”

How do you make your on-camera content feel natural and engaging?

I make my on-camera content feel natural by talking like I would to a friend instead of sounding scripted—I usually start with a relatable hook or honest opinion to pull people in right away. I keep my tone conversational, use real-life scenarios, and react in the moment so it doesn’t feel overly polished or forced. I also focus on storytelling (like a quick problem → solution flow) so the viewer stays engaged and understands the value. Small things like eye contact, natural lighting, and subtle movement help it feel more personal, and I’ll keep in little imperfections or candid moments so it feels authentic and not like an ad.

What’s your go-to fitness routine and how do you incorporate beauty into it?

My go-to fitness routine is a mix of Pilates, long walks, and quick gym sessions because I like workouts that feel energizing but still realistic for my schedule. When it comes to beauty, I keep it super minimal and focused on skin-first products that enhance my natural look without feeling heavy—especially since I don’t like the feeling of a full face while working out. I usually go for lightweight, breathable products that give a subtle glow and hold up through movement, so I still feel put together without worrying about my makeup melting or clogging my skin. For me, it’s all about that balance of looking fresh and feeling comfortable while staying active.
