What interests you about using a digital journal?
What interests me about using a digital journal like Thingbook is how it blends reflection with creativity and organization in a way that feels natural for everyday life. I’m drawn to the convenience and flexibility. I can quickly capture thoughts after a lab, reflect on experiences from volunteering or research, or document ideas for projects like CARE (my nonprofit) without worrying about losing anything. Everything is stored in one place, searchable, and easy to revisit, which makes it really useful for tracking growth over time. Another thing I like is how it supports consistency. Since it’s on my phone or laptop, I’m more likely to journal regularly, whether it’s quick daily reflections or deeper entries. Overall, it feels like a tool that not only helps me stay organized but also encourages self-awareness and creativity in a way that fits my lifestyle.
