Using a digital journal helps you not only keep track of what happened on a daily basis but also keep your thoughts in check. as someone who journal daily in a physical notebook, a digital journal would eliminate the hassle of having to bring out and write down with a pen, and also allow me to be more spontaneous if I had something I wanted to jot down.
