How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
As someone who menstruates, I feel like I am pretty aware of what happened with my body. I am definitely the type of person to advocate for myself if I am cramping and to do stuff based on what phase of my cycle I am in. Being informed is important, especially for young girls who are just starting to get their periods and may feel shameful for it.
