You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If I don't like this product then I would reach out to the company. Tell them what I don't like it, why I don't like it and what I believe would help improve it. I would potentially have one of my friends(roomate) try it to see if we both feel that way or just one of us. And simply ask to meet with the product development team member for further actions and steps to change the product. Or have a better understanding of why it is the way it is.
