How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?
Well both are important but do different I think of it as two different roles in the same system. Content that builds a brand is about shaping perception and trust over time. It’s not trying to sell immediately it’s creating familiarity, authority, and emotional connection. Things like storytelling, lifestyle content, or even consistent tone and visuals fall into this. It makes people want to engage with you before they’re ready to buy. Content that drives a purchase is more direct and intent-focused. It’s about converting attention into action clear value propositions, urgency, proof, or specific offers. This is where you reduce friction and give people a reason to act now.
